Consent Workshop

SWEI is organizing consent workshops for students and staff members. Consent is a very important topic but sadly not always talked about or handled correctly. For this workshop we have hired a professional, Martijn, to prepare information that everyone should know in regards to the topic of consent, and how to handle this topic. In the workshop, we have tried to create a safe space where we will engage in informative exercises, learn more about consent, talk in small groups and hold open discussions about case studies and lastly learn some practical tips. In our opinion, this is a very important workshop that everyone should attend. During the workshop, a personal support advisor and SWEI members will be present in case you feel you need to talk to someone. Moreover, if there is anything that you are not comfortable with, you can leave at any time. Everyone is welcome; remember to keep an open mind and be prepared to learn.
