The Complaints Committee

 For any complaints regarding a SWEI member, anyone can approach a member of the complaints committee. The information will be kept confidential. The Committee will meet and decide on a decision to be made. It will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, there are certain behaviors that SWEI has zero tolerance for. This procedure has been set to increase objectivity, and to make sure fair decisions are taken while keeping it confidential. All members are asked to keep all information confidential (If the case is that the person is in the committee, please contact the external complaints email or HR). The Complaints Committee is formed by Overview, HR, the PSA and the Student Assessor/a FC member.
